The Ask
Strengthen the brand-consumer relationship through strategic storytelling that repositions how customers feel about the brand to uncover barriers impacting reach and sales.
First, I strategized to rework the brand voice in an effort to build consumer trust, crafted segmented email and SMS campaigns to improve audience engagement, and implemented storytelling to help the brand resonate with their desired community of beauty gurus.
